How far in advance do I need to start planning my trip?
Typically 6 months is the ideal timeframe, to provide the best possible rates/cost. However, shorter timeframes are certainly possible depending on the complexity of the planning and the number of persons attending.
The timeframe and complexity both factor into the base rate for services and/or any expedited fee. Please reach out with specifics for a detailed quote.

Can I reschedule my consultation?
Life happens, if you need to reschedule your initial consultation please email or call explaining the need for a schedule change. There is no additional charge or penalty for this.
Please note that if you reschedule and then cancel the rescheduled time, you will forfeit 50% of the consultation fee, regardless of the time of cancellation.

What Payment Methods do you accept?
Consultations are booked directly on the website and the scheduling portal is supported by Stripe. All major credit cards are supported.
During your consultation, we will determine your preferred method of payment moving forward.

What is the cancellation policy for consultations?
5 days before your consultation you will receive a 100% refund
3 days before your consultation you will receive a 70% refund
All other cancellations made prior to the appointment will receive a 50% refund

What happens after my consultation?
Following the consultation you will receive a recap of our consultation and a contract via email. The signed contract (electronic signature) and deposit of 2 travel days are due to secure your booking.
Your contract will outline the timeline for both parties, payment, decision making and finalized travel services. The point person for the trip will be responsible for submitting all payments.
Accommodations will be booked for the group and all confirmation details will be provided prior to the trip, based on the agreed upon timeline, following the final payment of services rendered.

How does this partnership work?
From the consultation through your trip there should be one point person for the trip. I will conduct all communication with the point person, for a streamline and concise process.
Depending on the agreed upon timeline, you will receive regular emails for decisions on accommodations and activities. Prior to the trip we will have a video call to review all details and a final confirmation email with all bookings and details.

Do you provide customer service during our trip?
Yes! I will be available to assist with hiccups that may occur during your trip. If you miss a reservation please reach out ASAP so, I can do my best to assist with the issue in a timely fashion.
Please note some activities or excursions may have strict no-show or rescheduling policies, in that case I will do everything in my power to assist. Any strict cancellation policies will be discussed prior to booking.

Can I add services after the planning begins?
If you want to add any additional services, please let me know. If the additional service is feasible and will not impact the quality of your trip, I will make every effort to accommodate the request.

What if I need to reschedule my trip?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule your trip after booking has begun let me know ASAP. Based on where we are in the planning and booking of accommodations and services, there will be a flat rebooking fee, based on the complexity and timeframe.

What if my trip has to be cancelled after booking?
If you need to cancel, I will make every effort to recoup your booking cost, this will be based on the cancellation policy of transportation, airfare, chosen accommodations, activities, etc. In some instances this may be cash refunds, vouchers or e-credits.
In regards to the trip planner services:
120+ days out you will forfeit the 2 day deposit for services rendered
90-119 days out you are responsible for 50% of the planning fee
60-89 days out you are responsible for 75% of the planning fee
0-59 days out you are responsible for 100% of the planning fee
